Updating call lights doctor office updating destination list has failed

I am very disappointed with this company…I am not sure how people let them treat them SO poorly! I’ll share my unpleasant and unfair, careless experience…I’d never suggest everybody I know to buy from them!

Call customer service over 4 times and got a different answer from each one. I had to contact my bank and request it be charge back. I was told by two of them that I was going to receive a call within 24-48 hours from the manager. I did receive the call 3 days later from a supervisor named Chris who didn’t care about my issue and/or the resolution.

He kept sending me off to on track shipping who I have contacted multiple times and they informed me they couldn’t do anything to help me as Forever 21 had to give them authorization to pick up the package and redeliver it to the right address.

Answer 3: Forever 21 was founded by Do Won Chang & Jin Sook Chang in 1984. , if you like wash and wear clothes for one day you are good. The money has been taken from my account right away.

I then asked for a refund (which only seems fair since I have payed for an order that I do not have!!! It is now 11/8/17 with no refund on my card or even a package!

I called customer service again and they were very short and unpleasant with me, just like before!!

They have been dodging my questions about it with excuses of “issues with payroll” for at least 3 and a half weeks now, and it is completely unacceptable.

Their practices have always been questionable, from how their product is made (and where) to their treatment of employees and guests.

The customer service is absolutely awful and their HR department have no idea what they’re doing.
